Subject Overview

As an optional subject, Travel and Tourism has four units of study

• The UK Travel and Tourism Sector
• UK Travel and Tourism Destinations
• International Travel and Tourism Destinations
• The Travel and Tourism Customer Experience

Travel & Tourism is assessed in two parts:

• 50% controlled assessment (there are two pieces of controlled assessment work you need to complete)
• 50% exam (there are two exams to be completed at the end of year 11)
